While rock climbing at the new river gorge with dear friends from grad school, one of our buddies asked a question that threw me for a loop because i had not thought about the minute by minute dynamic of this endeavor. He asked- "Are we living the Korol dream right now?"
The answer was an emphatic yes, of course. We have wanted to get to the New (a world class climbing destination in West Virginia) for years. More than, being there with friends from DC, Philly and San Francisco made for a perfect trip. However, this question has stuck with me over the last several days as we alighted in DC and then London. Both are such great citites and getting to spend time in them with dear friends make them all the finer.
Our blog titled is admittedly a little cheeky, but we think it captures the joie de voie we are bringing to these travels and as a result, i thought it would be cool to share a few pics from these last few weeks as we live our dreams with a multitude of loved ones.
